Dear Naramata Families,

On behalf of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC), I would like to extend a warm welcome to all new and returning families to the 2025/2026 school year at Naramata School! Whether this is your first year with us or you and you are a returning family, we are excited to partner with you to help create a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive school community.

We are here to represent the voice of parents and caregivers and to work closely with the school staff to enhance student learning and school spirit.

Our PAC is made up of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about making Naramata School the best it can be. We encourage all parents and guardians to get involved, share ideas, and contribute in any way they can—whether it is attending meetings, volunteering for events, or simply staying connected. Meetings are held monthly at the school and are approximately 1 hour in length.

September:

• 1 st PAC Meeting September 11 – Come meet the team and learn how you can get involved

• Open House and Welcome Back BBQ September 16 – come tour the school and join us for a PAC led BBQ.

• Terry Fox Run September 18 – School – wide event to support cancer research

October:

• Cross Country running – Cheer on our older grades while they travel to other schools for cross country events!

• Halloween Costume Parade– A spooky and fun event for students and families.
